JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Result — Overview

JEE Main 2026 Session 2 was conducted by NTA in April 2026. The result, which will include NTA scores, percentile, and All India Rank (AIR), is expected to be declared at jeemain.nta.nic.in in June–July 2026.

Along with the result, NTA will announce the JEE Advanced 2026 cut-off — the minimum percentile required to appear for JEE Advanced and compete for IIT seats. Only the top 2.5 lakh candidates (approximately) from both sessions combined qualify for JEE Advanced.

This page will be updated with the result link, cut-off, and counselling dates as soon as NTA announces them.

Best of Two Sessions — How Final Rank is Calculated

NTA takes the better NTA score from Session 1 and Session 2 for each candidate and uses that for the final merit list. So:

  • If you scored higher in Session 1 → Session 1 score counts
  • If you scored higher in Session 2 → Session 2 score counts
  • The final AIR is based on this best-of-two score
